Introduction

EVENTIM.Inhouse is one of Europe's leading ticketing systems for theatres, opera houses and concert halls. More than 600 customers at home and abroad use the functional versatility of INHOUSE for selling tickets at the box office, in subscription offices, in ticket outlets and on the internet.

INHOUSE is being continually expanded and developed to meet the needs of the market. Intensive contact with leading theatres and opera houses in Europe, which rely on the capability of INHOUSE, has led to the continual updating of the product's range of services.

Thanks to its configurability, INHOUSE supports all departments: Box-office, marketing, administration, controlling, IT and, of course, the theatre manager's office.

INHOUSE can be configured to meet the needs of each individual theatre. The simple operation of the software at the box office guarantees rapid handling of sales at the daytime and evening box office.

INHOUSE is significantly more than conventional ticketing software! With one of the most flexible and capable ticketing solutions on the market, INHOUSE has gained a firm place in the value creation chain of many cultural promoters.

See for yourself.

Ticket Sales

Ticket sales through the daytime and evening box office is one of the main sales channels. The operation of INHOUSE is convincingly easy and quick to learn. Even temporary workers at festivals can be up and running within the shortest possible time. Tickets can be issued on thermal or laser printers - or sent via e-mail as print@home tickets. If required, delivery notes or invoices are possible, as well as a printout of the seating chart with a clear indication of the booked seats, so that new customers can quickly find their seats in the auditorium.

Subscriptions and Packages

Fixed seat or voucher? Or would you prefer 4 out of 8? INHOUSE offers various forms of subscriptions; use the combination that is best for your customers.

Online sales in the INHOUSE webshop, including seat selection in the seating chart, are also possible – even in the case of combined subscriptions with different seating charts, such as using a small theatre and a large theatre.

Issueing Tickets

The Layout Editor of EVENTIM.Inhouse allows the free design of ticket layouts for a variety of media:

  • Thermal printers (for example from the manufacturers Boca or Stimare) with special ticket material (with your own paper design or with EVENTIM provided special layout)
  • classic inkjet or laser printers
  • TicketDirect, the PDF ticket for self-printing (also called print@home)
  • QR code as e-mail content
  • Wallet tickets for iOS © and Android © smartphones, for subscriptions either as a subscription card or as individual tickets (the configurability of Wallet tickets depends on the options offered by Apple, for example).

Interfaces

Numerous different ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems can be easily connected to EVENTIM.Inhouse using relevant interfaces.

The interface for financial accounting has been checked by a leading company of auditors, the Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e.V. (IDW - Institute of Public Auditors in Germany) and been certified to IDW PS 880. The certificate has been confirmed in 2016.

We are happy to provide you with the certificate on request.
